Orders received by 3.00pm will be dispatched the same working day (Mon-Fri) subject to stock availability. In busy periods, orders can take up to 2 working days to be processed.*

This service does not require a signature and items will be posted through your letter box. If the item is too big to be posted, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office. Alternatively, they will leave your item in a safe place. Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days.*
Royal Mail 24 Delivery
This service does not require a signature and items will be posted through your letter box. If the item is too big to be posted, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office. Alternatively, they will leave your item in a safe place. This is not a guaranteed next day service, however 96% of deliveries are made the next working day.*
*On the rare occasion your delivery may take slightly longer we ask that you allow 14 working days before contacting us if your parcel hasn't arrived as per Royal Mail's terms and conditions.
DPD Tracked Services
On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text (as long as a mobile number has been provided) and an email informing you of your 1 hour delivery time slot. At this stage you will be given the option to change your delivery time and date if they are not convenient for you. You will also be able to select DPD pickup from store, the benefit to you is that you will not be waiting in all day for delivery, and you will know exactly when to expect your order. Customs & Duty
All items are shipped from the UK and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be paid by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due DHL carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland
Please note you will not pay VAT with us when ordering from the Republic of Ireland however you will be responsible for paying Irish Tax (23%) plus an admin charge (min €14.50) upon delivery with DHL, your delivery charge does not cover this cost.
You can return an item to us within 21 days from receipt for either exchange or refund providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are for items that are engraved or any bespoke items.
You are responsible for postage costs associated with returning your item(s). We would advise that your item(s) are returned using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. If items are returned due to them been received damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent we will refund your returns postage.
