  • Where is my order?

    Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery

    Royal Mail 48 is a 2nd class service from Royal Mail, which comes with your standard post. Royal Mail advise this service can take up to 4 working days as standard but in some cases it can take a bit longer.

    Royal Mail 24 Hour Delivery

    Royal Mail 24 is a 1st class service from Royal Mail, which comes with your standard post. Royal Mail advise this service can take up to 2 working days as standard but in some cases it can take a bit longer.

    DPD Next Day Delivery

    DPD is a tracked next working day service. On the day of your delivery you will receive an e-mail from DPD advising you of your delivery window and providing options to redirect your parcel where possible. 

    DPD Saturday/Sunday Delivery

    DPD Saturday/Sunday delivery is a selected weekend delivery service. With this service your parcel will be delivered on your chosen weekend day and you will receive an e-mail from DPD on the morning of your delivery advising you of your delivery window and providing options to redirect your parcel where possible.

  • My order status says Awaiting Stock?

    When an order has been placed in awaiting stock it means your items have been ordered from our supplier. Shipping times can vary for each item but we aim to recieve most items within a week of ordering. Once your items have arrived you will receive further confirmation when they are on the way to you.

  • Where do I enter my discount code?

    When you are finished shopping go to the checkout page. Here you will find a link underneath your order stating "Got a discount code?" click on this link and a box will appear allowing you to enter your discount code. Once entered your order will amend to show the final price if using a valid discount.

    Please check your discount has applied before checkout, as we are unable to amend orders after they have been confirmed.

    *We are unable to offer discounts on Nomination items, unless this is a Nomination led promotion.

  • Can I save my basket for later?

    Yes, whilst in checkout simply click on save basket in the bottom left corner. You can then login to your account at a later date, click on saved baskets and any baskets you have saved will be there. Clicking on resume will take you into checkout to purchase the items in your basket.
    We also have a wishlist feature, allowing you to save items for later, and with this feature you can share your list with friends and family, perfect ahead of gifting periods.

  • What if I've forgot my password?

    On the login page simply click on the forgotten password link on the right hand side and enter your account email address, an email will be sent to you asking to reset your password.
